Dura Pump guarantees

From booster sets to chiller pumps to 24-hour round the clock repairs, Dura Pump is determined to provide our valued clients with pumping systems that do their job properly.

An effective pumping system that meets the exact requirements of a company’s workflow is essential to increasing productivity and reducing expenditures. Having confidence in your pump will allow you to focus on more important matters such as your own clientele and commercial business growth. Making sure that the pump continues to do its job correctly is just as important.

At Dura Pump, we want the entire process to be as worry-free as possible—from quotation, to design, to the installation…and beyond. We know reassurance is crucial to contractors and businesses. So what does Dura Pump do to offer our customers peace of mind?

Who are Dura Pump?

The reason Dura Pump exists is to keep people safe and comfortable and to make organisations run better. How do we do this? We make systems run better through deep expertise in pumps.

Since we were formed in February 2006, this has been our focus, our belief and our passion.

We set out to solve your complete system need because sometimes just providing or fixing a pump is not enough to guarantee that the whole system will remain reliable over the long term.

Dura Pump strives to create flow the way you need it. We are driven by our vision: a world where pump reliability is paramount. We see ourselves satisfying the pump user through effective and efficient fluid management.

But most importantly, we see ourselves continuing to satisfy. With years in the industry and recognised accreditations, we’re confident we can fulfil our client’s needs.

Why are guarantees important?

Providing a service is about trust. We want contractors and business owners to be able to trust that a Dura Pump system won’t let them down.

A guarantee is a formal assurance that certain conditions will be fulfilled and a product will be of a specified quality. A warranty is a form of guarantee promising to repair or replace an article if necessary within a specified period.

Guarantees help customers to feel confident that their products will continue to work and should they fail within a specified time, they can be confident that someone will be there to help.

What is the Dura Pump guarantee?

We value every customer that requires our services. From large companies such as the NHS, ZSL London Zoo and British Airways to small food manufacturers or schools, Dura Pump is proud to build a relationship of trust with our clients.

So what do we have to offer?

Repair

We have experience across a huge range of pump systems, and most types of organisation, and so have built a store of knowledge and parts supply partners, which will prove very valuable to your business.

We carry out all pump repairs on-site where it’s possible. If not, we use our state-of-the-art workshop to get everything back up and running quickly and efficiently.

We repair your pumps to the same manufacturer’s specification as new pumps, saving you on the usually higher price of manufacturer repair costs.

We support this with a 12-month warranty on all complete pump repairs that we carry out.

Sometimes, an upgrade or even a replacement pump can cost less in the long term than a repair and we will always make this clear to you so you can decide on the best option for you.

Installations

We offer installation across a huge variety of pumps and pump systems, and there are few industries and sectors we haven’t worked in; if it’s liquid you may be sure Dura Pump has the knowledge and experience.

Installations usually occur as part of a broader development, where we work closely with you to get every detail correct—guaranteeing that the finished product is exactly what you need. By working closely with us to meet your specification, there’s only one port of call when it comes to your pumps, and you will be safe in the knowledge that we can handle everything.

One client approached us with the request to install not one but five pump systems for their high-rise tower development. For larger projects, we make sure we have a step-by-step process to fulfil the pump requirements and provide the support needed.

By establishing a process throughout, a successful solution is certified.

Commissioning

As soon as the electricity supply is turned on and the mechanical connections completed, we will commission your pump system. Our experienced engineers carry out a complete check of the installation, ensuring it is built to specification, and above all is safe.

The next step in commissioning is to operate the system and to run tests to verify the way it is operating to sequence and to ensure its overall function is sound. We then provide a full installation and commissioning report and supply certifications as required.

This will guarantee you have the paperwork and references you need, should you need to make changes or present administration to authorities.

Dura Pump always aims to provide the best solution. But how can costs be controlled and system failures monitored? How can Dura Pump provide maintenance when you need it so that you have peace of mind? Proserv.
