Highlights of 2024

At Dura Pump, we are ‘pumped’ to hit the ground running, fuelled by a successful and transformative 2024. Here are some of the highlights we are proud to share, marking significant milestones and achievements for our team, customers and partners.
Dura Pumped for 2025: Building on a Successful 2024.
1. A New Home for Growth
In the summer of 2024, we moved into our brand-new 17,000 square-foot premises at Brackmills Industrial Estate. This larger, purpose-designed space reflects the growth of our business and provides us with the capacity to better serve our customers and enhance operational efficiency. We also produced a shiny new company video when we moved into our new space to highlight what we do for customers, how we are progressing and what sets us apart.
2. Celebrating Our Move with an Open Day
To mark this exciting transition, we hosted an Open Day where customers, suppliers, and key contacts joined us to celebrate. It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase our new facility, strengthen relationships and share our vision for the future.
3. Expanding Our Team
2024 was a year of growth—not just for our business but for our team. To support our expanding operations, we welcomed new colleagues, including a Key Account Manager and additional administrative support. These additions ensure we continue to deliver the high level of service our customers expect.
4. Approved Supplier Status
We were honoured to achieve approved and preferred supplier status for major contracts in key sectors such as prisons, education, and healthcare. These partnerships reinforce our reputation as a trusted provider and will play a key role in our growth throughout 2025.
5. A Perfect Health and Safety Record
Safety is at the heart of everything we do and in 2024, we proudly maintained a 100% health and safety record. Given the complex and often challenging environments we operate in, this achievement is a testament to our team’s commitment to best practices and safety standards.
6. Customer Satisfaction: NPS Success
Our customers gave us an exceptional Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 94%, reflecting their satisfaction with our service. While our target is consistently high, this score demonstrates the trust our customers place in us and motivates us to keep raising the bar.
7. Thought Leadership in the Industry
2024 also saw us take a step forward in thought leadership, contributing insightful articles to key industry publications. Seeing our expertise recognised and shared by journalists was particularly rewarding as we continue to position ourselves as leaders in pump solutions.
8. Stronger Partnerships with Suppliers
Our supplier relationships flourished as we partnered on events such as exhibitions, open days, innovation awards and lunch-and-learn sessions. These collaborations not only strengthened ties with our suppliers but also allowed us to share knowledge, showcase solutions and explore new opportunities together.
9. Sustainability
In addition to continuously identifying energy-saving opportunities for our customers, the biggest saving in 2024 being a huge £263,325 per annum, we are also taking steps to reduce our environmental impact at headquarters. Currently, 25% of our vehicle fleet has transitioned to fully electric, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability.
