Horizontal centrifugal pumps, single stage and axial suction with back pull-out design and dismounting support foot allowing setting of discharge flange in 3 different positions.

Transfer of sewage and sludge in the ecologycal, food, sugar and paper industries.

The vortex impeller with complete free passage allows to pump liquids with suspended solids even oversized or with spinning inclusions, mud and sewage with gases without clogging.

Liquid vortex principle of operation permits a delicate handling of suspended solids without emulsions and at the same time reducing wearing effects of abrasive solids.

KS Features

1 – BEARINGS SUPPORT:
Supporting is realized with single and double ball bearings dimensioned to assure the best reliable running, shielded by means of seal gasket.
Standard: oil lubrication.

2 – MECHANICAL SEALS:
A double tandem mechanical seals in oil bath or, on request, flushed by external source is installed.

3 – SHAFT:
Shaft in stainless steel AISI 420 oversized for heavy duty.

SPECIAL VERSION
In option it is available the vertical construction with column pipe lenght on request.”

1 – BEARINGS SUPPORT:
It’s realised through a ball bearing which is placed on a holed shaft, and it’s inserted in the connection flange between the B5 unified motor and the seal housing.

2 – SHAFT:
Stainless steel AISI 420 shaft; it’s studied in its dimensions for strenuous services

3 – MECHANICAL SEALS:
Double mechanical seals sic/sic in tandem in oil chamber.
