SEFT have been producing Waste Water Screens for many years now. They produce both screens to go in waste water channels and to connect to waste water pipes. This means they can be both used in factory situations and sewage works.

Seft also do a range of Screw Screen Filters to separate the solids from the liquids to prevent blockages or issues occurring further down the system. This range of screw screens are built to fit into a waste water channel. This system is built to raise the solids up with an auger to then be deposited in a waste bin or waste removal container. These screens are made with self-cleaning brushes fitted to the screw. This Screw is made to ensure low maintenance is required and low initial investment is needed.

Screw Screen Filter For Wastewater Treatment

This SEFT Screw Screen is a machine that is made to be fitted within a wastewater treatment system. This peice of equipement is made to remove any large solids that may be within the water. This is made with many features such as the self cleaning brushes which clean the filter as it turns.

Screw Screen Compactor

The Screw Screen Compactor is a Combined Machine that removes the solides out of the wastewater system and then compacts the waste that it collects to reduce the weight and volumn of the waste by 50%.The compactor is located at the upper part of the Screen.

Screw Screen Compactor in a Tank

This Screw Screen Compactor in a Tank is equipped with fully sealed stainless steel tank to allow it to be fitted where there isn't a concrete channel, where it is rather a pipe that the liquid flows through. This peice of exquipment is also fitted with a compactor at the discharge mouth.

Screw Screen in a Tank

This Screw Screen in a tank is the same as the Compactor version however it just doesn't have the compactor element to the system. This therefore means it is a cheaper option and needs less maintenance to keep it running..

Screw Screen for High Solid Content

Being made for High Solid Contents means this system can be used for the treatment of wastewater with large quantities of solids to seperate. This Screw Screen differs from other screw screens as uses a U-trough for transporting the waste.

Vertical Screw Screen Compactor

A Vertical Screw Screen works much the same as any other Screw Screenin in filtering the waste and taking the solids from the liquids. The only difference however is that it is lifting waste directly upwards into the compactor which means it can be used in compact situations.

The Compact Screw-Screen with tank is a small yet effective filter screen. Having a compact design means it can be used in many different applications and small locations.

Rotary Screw Screen Compactor

This Screen is a peice of combined equipment that is used for the seperation, dewatering and compacting of the solid contents in waste water. As this rotory screen turns and moves the solids up to the compactor it brushes off any rubbish that may be stuck onto the mesh.
