What’s Going on at Dura Pump in 2023?

With 2022 rounding to a close, we’re reflecting on what a busy year it was for all of our team. Despite the challenges that the year brought, we were proud to see continued growth across our business. And, as we look towards 2023, we’re continuing to aim for further improvements – read all about them in our latest blog!
2022 was awesome, but 2023 is set to be our biggest year yet! Here’s just a few of the big things going on at Dura Pump…
Site expansion
Building work will commence on our new operations hub and warehouse, providing even more space for our stock; as well as further reducing lead times for our clients. Work should be completed in 2023, and we can’t wait to share the results with you.
New company vehicles
Our engineering team will be able to complete even more projects even faster with the addition of 5 new vans to our fleet of vehicles. Keep an eye on the roads for the new sleek, shiny Dura Pump vans!
Refurbished offices
New year, new look! Our team will be moving into our newly refurbished office space, making much-needed space for more team members. We’re excited for this one!
New processes
Here at Dura Pump, we’re on a constant journey of improvement. That’s why we’re conducting a review of our current processes, creating a new plan to ensure top-level customer service and smooth project delivery.
New products
Our in-house research & development team are working on a series of product releases for 2023. Watch this space!
Team building
Our team means everything to us. We’re starting the new year with a hog roast for everyone on our first day back in the office, with an update on the year’s goals, financial targets and training objectives. Aside from that, we’ve got a cracking staff day out organised for the summer to reward everyone for their hard work!
NPS feedback
We will continue to use NPS feedback from our customers along with our winning quality control system to drive improvement and change, ensuring our management team drives forward improvement and provides performance under pressure.
