Highlights of 2023

As we approach the end of another remarkable year, it’s a fitting time to pause, reflect, and express gratitude for the journey we’ve collectively undertaken in growing the business to the next level. This year has been a tapestry of experiences, challenges, and triumphs that have shaped us individually and as a community.
First and foremost, thank you. Thank you for being a part of this incredible journey, for your support, your engagement, and your shared enthusiasm for growth and learning. Our thanks extends to our customers, staff, suppliers, shareholders and our team of experts we engage to support us on our journey.
One standout achievement is the thousands of kWh in electricity that we have helped companies save through our pump energy saving initiatives, this not only helps our clients meet their net zero targets and help the environment but also helps increase their net profit, as they invest more into their business in a sustainable way.
Not only have we helped save companies saves thousands, we have also educated many, for example
- We attended the Healthcare Estates exhibition which was focused around sustainability for NHS hospitals and healthcare providers in which we carried out demonstrations of energy savings to visually show how savings can be made.
- Lunch and Learn sessions for facilities management companies training graduates, once again using our demonstration rig to show how pumps can be used to maximise energy efficiency.
- Providing support to food manufacturing companies in assessing their washdown needs and providing energy efficient washdown systems.
Another key achievement of this year is a new fleet of fully equipped vans for 90% of our engineering team, ensuring they have the tools and equipment needed to deliver our ever demanding workload.
We have been pleased to welcome new staff to the team, including the following 3 new engineers to the team, 1 electrician, 1 pump estimator, marketing manager, business development support, stores and operation support and an EA, to support the growth of Dura Pump and ensure our customers receive our full attention and support.
