Urgent Pressurisation Pump Replacement for Sports Centre
The Challenge
One of our clients was experiencing a loss of hot water at their sports centre, so they got in contact with us to help work out what was wrong. Having discussed it with them, we ascertained that their pressurisation unit was not working. One of the pumps had failed, and was creating a fault within the unit, cutting out the boilers because of low pressure. This was causing them to have no hot water, which is obviously crucial for a sports centre to run effectively.
The Solution
Dura Pump’s internal estimating team quoted straight away for a replacement pump and received the order. We ordered the new pump on an AM delivery, so our engineers were able to attend the site the next day to install the pump and resolve the problem.
Our engineer made good all the electrical and mechanical connections and cleared the faults, leaving the system fully operational again.
The Outcome
