If you are already a Proserv customer of ours, this will make up part of your maintenance contract. We have procedures in place under these contracts to ensure your downtime and emergency failures are kept to a minimum. In addition, our remote monitoring service ensures any maintenance is triggered by data insights and system alerts. This prevents failures before they occur, extending asset life and reducing emergency costs.

If your pump fails and you do not have a contract with us, we will send an engineer as quickly as possible in line with the urgency of the problem.

 

We offer strong support for regulatory compliance. We hold all the necessary accreditations to ensure that any solution we provide you with is 100% compliant for your industry. All of our customers have access to our 24/7 Connect App which details all job reporting/history, full asset details, maintenance reports and quote/invoice management, keeping you fully compliant.

Our pump assessments will recommend solutions that deliver energy savings, reduce costly callouts and labour costs. We will recommend new technology that is more cost effective than older pump solutions. If your pumps do not need replaced, we will offer suggestions to help you reduce costs and meet budget targets. When you ask us to quote for a pump project, part of our process is to communicate to you when products will be available and when our engineers will be able to carry out the work.
