Dura Pump expands in 2023

The first half of 2023 has been a busy time here at Dura Pump, and as we finally approach the summer months, we wanted to update you all about the good work that has been happening behind the scenes.

Bigger and Better Facilities

We have now been granted full planning permission for a large expansion at our operations hub near Northampton. The plans call for our building footprint to roughly double in size, giving us some much needed extra space!

This will give us more room for stock and space in our workshop, as well as a new test & training room. These additions should help us to offer increased capabilities and capacity to our customers, and also reduce the lead time for our services.

A Growing Team

The Dura Pump family is also growing, with new members of the team in, marketing, and the technical team. The latter is especially noteworthy as our new controls engineer brings with him the skills to offer our customers a full CAD capability, improving our ability to craft bespoke solutions for almost any facility.

New Clients

Our order book continues to fill, with a newly won contract to provide ongoing maintenance services to a major university in the Midlands. Covering a large urban estate complete with district heating systems, this university is one of a number of higher education institutions we are working with, and can provide with specialist support.
