2026 call out charges and hourly rates
- Contract Rate applies to call outs where equipment is covered by a service contract only.
- The Emergency Call-Out includes one hour of an engineer’s time. Any time thereafter is charged at the Hourly Service Rates. Travel time is charged at the Hourly Service Rates.
- Parts, Consumables, confined space entries or tankers are not included in service contracts or the above prices.
- Dura Pump will use its discretion if two engineers are required for Health and Safety purposes. Examples of this are working at height, confirmed space entry or heavy lifting.
Terms & Conditions
- Additional costs apply to these charges during the Christmas shut down week. 50% increase in costs shown on table.
- If your company requires an official order number and it is not able to be provided when submitting this form, an official purchase order must be submitted to Dura Pump within 3 days after the call out is completed. Failure to do so, you accept that a copy of this form can be provided as your official purchase order. Any delay in payment or rejection to the invoice will result in additional admin fees. This supersedes any previous terms and conditions agreed regarding purchase orders submitted by your company.
- If a call out is cancelled after an engineer has been dispatched we reserve the right to charge the call out fee.
