The vortex impeller with complete free passage allows to pump liquids with suspended solids even oversized or with spinning inclusions, mud and sewage with gases without clogging.
Liquid vortex principle of operation permits a delicate handling of suspended solids without emulsions and at the same time reducing wearing effects of abrasive solids.
KS Features
1 – BEARINGS SUPPORT:
Supporting is realized with single and double ball bearings dimensioned to assure the best reliable running, shielded by means of seal gasket.
Standard: oil lubrication.
2 – MECHANICAL SEALS:
A double tandem mechanical seals in oil bath or, on request, flushed by external source is installed.
3 – SHAFT:
Shaft in stainless steel AISI 420 oversized for heavy duty.
SPECIAL VERSION
