Open Hopper Progressive Cavity Pumps Range

BT – Standard Hopper Pump

This Seepex Hopper Progressive Cavity Pump is a pump that can be used in multiple applications. It’s a pump that can effortlessly move viscous products with low flowability.

Flow & Head

  • Max Flow: 0.1-150m³/h
  • Max Head: 360m

BTM – With Macerating System

The BTM pump is fitted with cutter blades meaning that it can be used to reduce the size of solids that may be passing through, for example it can be used to prepare fruit and vegtables in a processing line for smooth onward transportation.

Flow & Head

  • Max Flow: 0.25-60m³/h
  • Max Head: 240m

BTQ – With Rectangular Hopper

This Progressive cavity pump is designed with a large rectangler hopper which can be easily installed into many different applications.

Flow & Head

  • Max Flow: 0.05-100m³/h
  • Max Head: 240m

BTH – With Separately Driven Ribbon Screw

This BTH progressive cavity pump is designed with the main screw going through the middle and an extraribbon screw to ensure no bridging occures.

Flow & Head

  • Max Flow: 0.5-40m³/h
  • Max Head: 360m

BTHE – With edge-to-edge Ribbon Screw

This hopper pump is different to other progressive cavity hopper pumps as it is characterized by its vertical hopper walls. This design is also designed for simple dismantling for servicing work.

Flow & Head

  • Max Flow: 0.5-40m³/h
  • Max Head: 360m

BTVE – With Robust Full Screw

The BTVE pump is a robust screw pump that is made to pump media that may be highly vicous or even media that contains solids.

Flow & Head

  • Max Flow: 0.5-40m³/h
  • Max Head: 360m

BTI – With Integrated Bridge Breaker

When the media is inclined to bridge it causes issues in the smooth product delivery however this pump is fitted with counter-running paddle shafts to ensure bridging doesn’t occur.

Flow & Head

  • Max Flow: 0.5-60m³/h
  • Max Head: 360m

BTEI – With Bridge Breaker In the Buffer Tank

This is one of the larger Progressive Cavity Pumps in the Seepex range. This Open Hopper Progressive cavity pump is fitted with a bridge breaker to stop the build up of sludge media in the hopper.

Flow & Head

  • Max Flow: 0.5-60m³/h
  • Max Head: 360m

BTES – Hopper Pump For Silo Systems

This Progressive cavity pump is designed for installation under a silo. This pump is ideal for pumping sewage sludge as it can be adapted to fit many different silo discharge systems.

Flow & Head

  • Max Flow: 0.5-60m³/h
  • Max Head: 240m

BTEX – Particularly Robust Hopper Pump

Seepex’s BTEX hopper pump is known to be powerful under extreme conditions. This pump is designed to allow contaminants to settle at the base of the hopper and be removed quickly through large inspection openings in the side of the pump. Having these openings means that inspections and servicing time is majorly reduced.

Flow & Head

  • Max Flow: 20-80m³/h
  • Max Head: 80m
