The Challenge
For a major national railway station, having high-quality, reliable infrastructure is crucial. This extends to all systems, including pump operations. Dura Pump was commissioned to install a new booster set to enhance the resilience and reliability of the station’s pump system and to improve energy efficiency.
The Solution
Dura Pump supplied and installed four Hydrovar pump-mounted inverters. The Lowara Hydrovar is an intelligent control system that adjusts pump performance to match demand.
Additionally, we replaced the larger Flamco 300L vessel with an upgraded, smaller Flamco Airfix 200L vessel. This change reduces the legal requirement for annual checks, streamlining maintenance.
