Wet Floor Scrubber Pump System for a Large Online Retailer
The Challenge
A customer of ours – one of the largest online retailer and web service providers in the world – had an issue on site where their floor scrubber wastewater system wasn’t as efficient or effective as it could’ve been as it involved manual operation.
After a site survey, we found that the operators were not following the procedures correctly, which was also resulting in a smell coming from idle water sitting in the wastewater system.
The Solution
It was decided that a simplified automated system was required. The objective, saving the client money and time and as well removing the smell!
The Outcome
As a result, the warehouses were able to be kept clean, in a quicker time and less frustration for the operators of the scrubber systems – not to mention reducing mess and smell in the wastewater areas. With our system, the flaw in their system was removed (excuse the pun!).
