To reduce downtime and decrease impact on-site, Dura Pump provides a total turnkey solution by creating packaged pump systems off-site ready for fast delivery and install. From the initial site visit through to the design, manufacture and installation (and ongoing maintenance), we will always come up with a solution that is delivered ready to go.
Our system building service
Our pump system building can be split into 3 areas and are entirely dependent on your requirements. Find out below how our turnkey packaged solutions are split to give you the exact assistance and results you need.
- Supply: Our systems can be supplied ready to plug-in and go on site. Every bespoke pump system is pre-tested and commissioned in our workshop so when it arrived on-site, the system can be installed in no time at all to keep your process moving.
- Supply and commissioning: Same as above, all turnkey bespoke systems will be delivered to site pre-tested and ready to plug-in and go but once the installation is complete, our team of expert engineers will attend site and commission your system.
- Supply, installation and commissioning: For this option, our systems can be delivered to site, skid-mounted, pre-tested and ready to install and commission by our team of engineers.
The whole system will be designed and installed to ensure minimum downtime. We off-site manufacture and fabricate our systems and take all of our client’s requirements into account to make sure we complete everything to their standards and capacity.
