At Dura Pump, we’re driven by our vision and integrity.
We work tirelessly to make sure we always provide a service our customers can rely on with pumping systems that go above and beyond our client’s needs.
But to ensure our customers get flow the way they need it, we allot time away from the pumps and the pressure (sets) to be together as a Dura Pump team.
On Monday 1st of July, our team took time out from the regular routine to make sure every member of our loyal staff was rewarded for the hard work they put in.
With plenty of games to play and food to eat, no plate was left unturned. From watermelon slices to a hearty cheese board, there was something for everyone to snack on.
To get the right flow, you’ve got to have a team that can work fluidly side by side. Everyone at Dura Pump has their own unique skills and talents, and days like these allow us to learn more about one another and the families we work hard for.
But even time for ‘relaxing’ doesn’t come without a bit of competition. Our tournament included crazy golf, draughts, Mölkky, chess, four in a row and so many other games that we just invented out of nowhere….looks like we’re not just using our heads to find solutions for pump problems.
With something for everyone, our engineers found themselves locked in a mental battle with the kids over where to place their next game piece. We won’t spread rumours about who came out better….
After many highs and lows, our Operations Manager Ian Catling secured the top position, followed closely by Operations Assistant Jonathan Hart and Systems Engineer Dan Catling.
All that ‘friendly’ competition stirred up a real appetite. We were all treated to a lovely meal of fillet steak, chips and refreshing salad. Not to mention the assortment of drinks and dessert that topped off a fantastic day.
We love what we do here at Dura Pump, but we know it’s just as important to spend some time together away from work.
We’re grateful for our experienced team and especially thankful for our incredible customers.
