Stormwater… a nightmare no more!
The Challenge
Dura Pump were contacted by a floor manufacturing plant in Coventry who required a basic pump station for stormwater runoff from their yard. Stormwater is an issue not to be taken lightly, as it can cause major environmental issues, hence a correctly specified system needed to be installed urgently.
There were 3 main criteria that had to be met. The solution had to be delivered within just 48 hours, they needed a basic and simple system and one that could be achieved within a tight budget. Dura Pump were up to the challenge.
The Solution
We supplied a single pump station on flexible pipework, with built-in float switches and manhole cover. This package pump solution provided the client with the most cost-effective long-term solution for their application, is simple to run and quick to install.
The Outcome
From quotation to delivery to the site was under 48 hours, meaning Dura Pump met the tight deadline, and the basic budget solution selected was simple and easy for the client to understand.
