Dura Pump January 2023 News Update

Kickstarting 2023 at Dura Pump

At the Dura Pump head office, we’ve already got our 2023 off to a flying start!

On our first day back after the winter break, we got the whole team together for a hog roast with all the trimmings, which was a huge success and enjoyed by all. It gave us a chance to catch up and set the dials for the new year, ensuring we’re all ready for performance under pressure!

The day included running through our vision and mission for 2023, our key targets and the goals that we need to achieve. We also did some staff training, which included a game of charades for some light relief!

New Offices

The operations team was delighted to move into its recently completed office this month. The new space offers much more room for manoeuvre and a thriving atmosphere and ensures we continue to serve our customers in the most dynamic, effective way.

One of our main 2023 goals is to expand our offices even further and have the whole building ready for Team Dura Pump by the end of the year. Watch this space!

New Vans

We were delighted to take delivery of the rest of our vans this month, leaving only two vans to now be kitted out and ready to go into operation with our engineers. We can’t wait to get the final two up and running so we have our full complement of vans ready to hit the road!

New Team Members

Alongside our new offices, we also welcomed two new team members, Trenton Keam and Korrie Calder.

Trenton Keam is supporting the operations team in stores and job preparation, ensuring a swift turnaround in jobs that come in and helping to maintain stock levels.

Korrie Calder is supporting the sales and management teams with administration tasks, freeing up the team’s time to focus on the customer and the job in hand. This helps to ensure that we maximise our customer service capabilities.

But We’re Still Looking For New Hires …. APPLY NOW!

Never happy to sit on our laurels, Dura Pump is actively recruiting and has two vacancies to fill.

One vacancy is for a pump engineer for site work, who is electrically and mechanically trained and the other is for a controls engineer for PLC controls planning and controls engineering.
