SP Self-priming Pumps
Close-coupled self-Priming pumps with liquid side channel and star impeller. Designed to remain primed even in the presence of water-dissolved gases or when the suction line is not filled with liquid. The Nickel-plated brass impeller avoids possible jamming due to oxidation.

BG Self-priming Centrifugal Pumps
Self-priming close-coupled centrifugal pumps with built-in ejector system, designed to remain primed even in the presence of water-dissolved gases. The extensive use of pressed stainless steel ensures a high-performance, durable and lightweight pump. Suitable for use with drinking water. The BG Garden version includes a handle, a cable with plug and a terminal box with incorporated switch.

As the name suggests self priming pumps pumps prime themselves. These pumps are designed to work and pull liquid through even when there is no liquid directly in the valute. A self priming pump is a pump that will pump the air in the ssytem out first drawing the water along the pipe until the pump pumps water instead of air.
